In other words, they did not push a particular product or style but provided valuable input, discussed many options, and were flexible (we changed the design somewhat significantly early on, which was not a problem for HRC to accommodate).
When it came time for work to commence, HRC was on time, respectful of the space, tidy, and efficient. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is top-notch. Whenever there was a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. If a decision had to be made about something that had not been specifically addressed in the design phase, we were consulted (no unilateral decisions were made by HRC).
